February Weldon In Action Meetup
Join us Thursday, February 20 at 5:30 PM, for our second Weldon In Action Meetup of the year at Halifax Community College! Let’s come together to share ideas, connect, and make a positive impact in our community.
Lights in the night
Lights in the Night
Join us as we begin the holiday season with our Lights in the Night celebration, Central Park, 200 Block Washington Avenue in downtown Weldon. Bring an ornament to place on the community tree, enjoy warm beverages and goodies, and visit with Santa! Santa will be there for the children, both young and old, and sharing stories of the season. Local businesses will be hosting their holiday open houses too. Saturdays in the Park celebrate the best parts of our community and heritage, support our local businesses, and provide entertainment for everyone to enjoy. We hope to see you there!
Where: Central Park in Downtown Weldon

Join us at Halifax Community College for the continuation of our Oral History Project Filming from 9 AM to 4 PM! 🎥 This is a unique opportunity to witness history in the making as we capture the stories that shape our community.
Want to lend a hand? We’re looking for volunteers to help with short shifts and simple tasks that make a big impact on filming day. Whether you can spare an hour or two, your support would be greatly appreciated!
